Personal shoutboxes are available again!
Example can be seen here.
Please register with this site. Then PM me the following:

Your sites URL
Your sites name
Your valid e-mail address
Your password that you will be using
Do you want URLS on
Do you want HTML tags on
Your location (for setting the timestamp)

After I recieve this info I'll set up your shoutbox and send you your html code. The current version available is version 6.

is there anyway to block people from using my name in my own shoutbox or in the global?

No. I don't believe there is. If it was your own shoutbox you'd be able to delete other people's posts when they use your name, but you can't stop them from using it.
